Order acceptance

+ - Why my order is not accepted?

The order can not be accepted if it is ordered not available material.
Orders are not set aside if the order is not completely acceptable; if the goods are fully available just wait, and your order will be accepted.

+ - Once it is accepted me an order, how long do I have to pay?

The goods are kept aside for seven days, after which the order will be considered invalid without warning from “Greenteckk”.

Payment

+ - Bank transfer

Report the reason for the order number you’re paying. After making a bank transfer, you can report it using the appropriate procedure that you will find on the site in the Orders section. In case of problems with this procedure, you can still send the payment screen, or a scan of the receipt, and sent to “info@greenteckk.com” email address.

+ - Credit card

You can proceed to payment from the link provided in the email notification of acceptance. It is not necessary to communicate the payment to the staff; the package will be immediately sent to the destination specified in your profile at the time of placing an order.

Shipping

+ - Where can I change the destination for the shipment of my order?

To specify a destination where you want them shipped your orders, you simply go to the “my account” and enter the desired address in the “shipping address.”
Note: the new destination will not be applied to orders already placed. If necessary, you can request to change the destination of an order already made, and that has not yet been prepared for shipment, by calling the number 3455903477, having in hand the order reference number.

For the material ready in stock about 24 / 48h on working days for EU countries, 48 / 64h for non-eu countries, equipment ordered not in stock or customization, the customer is informed directly from our office.
